The paper deals with the influence of the parameters of the spatial and temporal localization of turbulent atmospheric irregularities on the effectiveness of laser ranging space objects. The high-quality analysis of parameters of turbulence of atmosphere is conducted on distortion of wave front of sounding laser radiation. Conclusions are done about the legitimate values of time of stationarity of descriptions of turbulent atmosphere and the methods of their account are offered at forming of soundings signals of the laser локационных checking (monitoring) of space systems.
