Proposed a dynamic model of the structural and functional synthesis telecommunications transport network at the state space. The model describes the process of coordinated tasks by choice of topology (CT) and channel bandwidth (CCB), flow distribution (FD) and limit traffic (LT) entering the transport network. The model is the possibility of solving the problem of distribution of investment between the stages of design in concert with the objectives of CT, CCB, FD and LT, which is an advantage of the proposed solution. Justified the use of the criterion of optimal design solution that takes into account the total cost of the structural and functional synthesis transport telecommunication network.
