Under article presents the stages of improvement of the interaction between the author and the publisher at the time of processing the author’s original. One step is the use of the developing model to select the optimal interaction strategy of the publishing house with the author using game theory. Also, the article discusses the use of the Ishikawa diagram construction. FMEAanalysis is used to process the results of the construction of diagrams allowed to select the most important problems require solutions at the many publishing house.
