The mathematical model of the insulinemig homeostasis which first physiologically adequate renders temporal dependence of the insulin level in the capillar blood when conducting the glucose-tolerance intravenous test is constructed. This model has f theoretical interest as a base for receiving the carbohydrate metabolism model and can be used for diagnostics of the insulin secretion condition in the patient.
