Properties of K-Value usual differential equations are examined in the article. The theorem of unique existence of Cauchy problem solving for K-Value usual differential equations is proved. General decision of the Cauchy problem is examined for some simplest K-Value differential equations that are used for the design of digital elements in the system on basis of K-Value differential calculation.
