Complex estimation of characteristics and traffic identification in information telecommunication networks

The complex identifiication method and estimation method of traffic characteristics in information telecommunication networks, which include time-frequency, statistical and fractal analyses, which allow to classify and estimate characteristics of the generative system, are developed. The properties of self-similar, nonlinear, chaotic process are defined.
