Mathematical modeling of multiphase intraproductive logistics material flow

The article is dedicated to the problem of mathematical modeling of intraproductive logistics. The possibilities of using simulations for different types of production processes queuing models with different structure of queues and other parameters are considered. A model of the process in the form of multi-phase single-channel queuing system is formed. Calculation formulas for determining the number of characteristics of the production process are obtained. Modeling allows to analyze the possibilities of technical equipment and resources of the production process, to assess its effectiveness and to identify "bottlenecks". Simulation results can be used to improve the planning and management of production logistics.
