In article the concept of intelligent quality management systems to ensure reliable operation, high metrological reliability is considered. The impact of the systematic and random components of the error on the form of expert evaluations of membership functions, that describe the linguistic variable, characterizing the quality of the complex and dynamic object and determined in the study of the theory of fuzzy sets, is analyzed. The impact "aging" and changes in operating conditions to evaluate quality of the research object is examined. For their analysis is proposed to introduce self-monitoring by entering the hierarchical system of " observer of quality".
