Algorithm for estimating the time delay and Doppler frequency shift of the chaotic signal reflected by a radar target based on application nonparametric BDS statistics is synthesized in work. The resulting algorithm allows, without relying on a priori information about the noise probability density function, to allow for more information on the properties of a chaotic signal than conventional correlation processing and reduces the threshold evaluation, compared with a threshold correlation parameter estimation signal of the unknown form in Gaussian noise several times.
