In the article the method of solution the linear K-Value differential equations by means of characters of abele groups which can be used when modeling digital elements and devices in system of K-Value modeling by the raised extent of integration is considered. Such modeling gives new prospects of design difficult devices executed on elements with raised extent of integration.
