The paper analyzes the characteristics of the mathematical representation of the speckle interference field formed by scattered on the rough surface of the coherent radiation. The possibility of restoring the image of a rough surface in the Fraunhofer zone on its speckle image. We consider the field produced by a single element of the surface and the reflected field at the surface under study. The possibility of restoring the complex scattering coefficient of a rough surface, and the maximum resolution of the image reconstruction surface.
