The problem of development of EHF equipment is relevant for both scientific experiments and applications in industry, medicine and engineering. The use of millimeter range electromagnetic radiation in medical treatment can result in enhancement of processes at cell level, and, as a consequence, in suppression of manifestations of post-operational pathology. In the paper, requirements are formulated and working equipment model for endocavitary irradiation is developed. The functionality of applicator is simulated, efficiency of which is ensured by direct contact with the irradiated organ.
