The main subsystems (from the point of view of systemology and balanced scorecard) of the organization management are considered: management of the personnel and internal processes, client and financial management. Association between them is analyzed. It is shown how the main functions of these subsystems can be supported by methods of the verbal and verbalquantitative analysis: compensation of shortcomings, analytical hierarchy, ordinal classification, ranking alternatives. Projects of subsystems are created in UML notation (diagrams of use case and sequences).
