In the article we talk about a new approach to the localization of ecological consequences of chemical emissions into the air. We proposing to create a new automatic systems of localization ecological consequences of chemical releases into the air with the main design parameters - supply of fluid neutralization mass, which falls on the processing surface unit at the unit of time, multiplied by the velocity of the fluid. We give the main difference between offered automatic plants and existing plants. We argue the expedient using of the proposed systems on the potential objects of chemical hazards with the possibility of different chemical emissions. On the basis of the mathematical apparatus of the fluid dynamics we examine expansion of the compressed substance in the reservoir that neutralizes chemically dangerous component of the emissions. We provide a basis of calculating the operating principle of such automatic systems and their practical applications.
