Description: The results of research of influence of degree of image compression on the efficiency of delivery of telecommunications systems. The dependence of the average delivery time statistical data on their volume estimated variance and confidence interval delivery. Theoretically and experimentally proved that the delivery of compressed data and the degree of compression is directly proportional. It is shown that data compression in k times how many times reduces the average time of transmission channels of communication, as well as k times the variance reduces delivery time.
