THE RECOVERY CONTINUOUS SIGNAL FROM THE DISCRETE SIGNAL WITH THE NOISE FOR INFORMATION SYSTEMS OF THE NAVAL FORCES OF UKRAINE

To restore a continuous signal from the discrete noisy signal is proposed to use orthogonal series. To derive an equation, which bases on the condition of the minimum mean square error differences reconstructed signal from the source signal. Solutions of this equation are required basis functions.
