An alternative variant of radio-signals parameters estimation in energy theory developed on the basis of M. Lomonosov energy conservation law and Bayes unconstrained optimization of statistical decisions is considered. Radio-signal parameters energy estimation implies search of maximal value of the total signal-and-noise energy against the averaged energy of internal noise for the case of addition (multiplication) of the detected input realization and variable model radio-signals on a set of possible values in conditions of their prior uncertainty or in the narrow range of parameters in conditions of prior definiteness.
