Analysis of decision-making models in air navigation system by semantic networks

The dynamic model of «human-operator – aircraft – environment» system has considered and the changes of flight situations' states from less dangerous to more dangerous and conversely have described. Usage of the causation charts called "tree" (incident trees, event trees and decision trees) for analysis of the reasons of occurrence and of the scenarios of development of flight emergencies has presented. The information model of the air traffic controllers' decision making support system in flight emergencies has designed.
