The algorithm of compression of unidimensional signal, based on a choice in the real scale of time of key points, is developed. Key points are экстремумы and points of maximal curvature of function (signal). The estimation of the maximal resulted error of algorithm is given in temporary (5,2 %) and frequency (3,7 %) realms, that confirms possibility of application of algorithm both for the peak-temporal and for spectral analysis of unidimensional biomedical signal.
