Multi-period structural-parametric synthesis of information and telecommunication networks

The paper proposes a mathematical model of the structural and parametric synthesis of information and telecommunications network. This model is an extension of the previously known multi-stage synthesis model that takes into account the need to build links and streams arising in the provision of network services in a network between the servers as well as between users and servers. The model incorporated the distribution of investment opportunities between the stages of network deployment, as well as to determine the list of services provided by each of the subscribers in each of the stages. Optimality criterion is aimed at maximizing the economic benefits from the deployment of the network, taking into account changes the unit cost of establishing a network for each of the stages.
