The issue of evaluating the uncertainty when certifying a measurement procedure for measurement of the mass fraction of oil products in soil samples by the fluorimetric method has been settled. The source of the uncertainty due to divergence of the analyte from the calibration substance is discussed. Techniques of evaluating uncertainty contributions according to the norms set up in the measurement procedure are shown.
