The aspects of estimation of the uncertainties of experimental researches results of process of long air interval electric discharge are considered in the article. Three variants of form of cored lightning terminal are considered. Considerable contributions of delay time on the results of ESE terminals attestation is show. Authors proposes to estimate quality of ESE terminals taking into account comparing to volt-second description of standard cored lightning terminal for air identical intervals.
