Сontrol and quality assurance of testing laboratory measurement results using the example of light output scintillators

In the article two approaches to estimation of measuring quality are considered - with the use of measurement uncertainty and accuracy (precision and trueness) of the got results. The comparative analysis of these approaches is given. The problem of control and providing of measuring results quality for testing laboratory on the example of measuring of technical light output for inorganic and organic scintillators is considered.
