The influence of the interval measure of uncertainty tubesmartine tool for errors, 1st and 2ND kind of passive control involute gears. Controlled parameter was the length of the common normal. the first and second kind. Applied the method of simulation and statistical fashion-modeling. Algorithm of the numerical experiment based on a modular structure model of the measurement and monitoring system. Consistently simulated: stochastic processes of formation of teeth along the length of the common normal teeth, the stochastic process of occurrence of the error of measurement of length of the common normal and oneparameter tolerance testing for two-sided restrictions. As a result of modeling are determined based errors, 1st and 2ND kind interval from measures of uncertainty for involute gears of different precision and types of conjugation
