Article describes an analysis of the requirements necessary for the construction of cryptographic information security systems. Viewed the evaluation procedures of the statistical properties of pseudorandom sequences. Recommendations on use are given of each of the considered methods. The article presents the necessary and sufficient conditions for creating cryptographically strong generators on the basis of international and national standards.
