In the article researches of mathematical models of bryusselyator and their realization are conducted as chaotic attractor. Pulled out and during a mathematical design a hypothesis is confirmed about possibility of approximation of technology of functioning of the computer system in the conditions of external influences by the model of bryusselyator with indignations as dynamic chaos. The special programmatic and mathematical providing of experimental researches is developed. An estimation is conducted and authenticity of the results got during a design is well-proven.
