This article focuses on the development of the calibrator for multiprobe microwave multimeter designed for its metrological support for the complex reflection coefficient of load at high power levels. This problem is caused by the fact that traditional calibration methods at high power levels are unsuitable and calibration by sensor signal imitation is the only way. The simulator is the current generator which was chosen on the ground of the operating principle of thermocouple sensors.
