The technique of applying symbolic transformations (DTM) to solve practical problems of control of the vehicle ITS in difficult driving conditions on was developed. Technique in symbolic form allows automatically integrate knowledge and its adequate operational models, computational methods for a particular problem, conditions and ranges of action of environmental factors based on time-series measurements.
