Ultrasound device for the light objects moving in a mid-air

In this article, the issue of the ultrasound use for the light objects moving in a mid-air is examined. Ultrasonic beam is generated by a circular array of transmitters. The beam has three focal points formed by using the phase delays that are introduced into the excitation function of emitters. Calculations of ultrasound intensity and radiation pressure in the focal areas were performed. The results of experimental research are shown in this paper.
