Measurement accuracy for range derivative of third order R(3) supplied with the pulse train coherent processing system (CPS) of Early Warning Radar has been estimated. Its adequacy is proven with simulation. It is established that the CPS has ability to detect a non-ballistic section of the target trajectory using measurements of R(2) and R(3) obtained with the pulse train duration over 1.2 second.
