Traffic modeling in computer network of vessel identification automatic system

The computer network of the vessel identification automatic system is considered. The space communication traffic mathematical model is proposed on the base of the theory of neurodynamics. The results of theoretical research of the traffic statistical characteristics are discussed. The telecommunication traffic on-line forecast technique is designed based on the theory of artificial neural network.
