Description: Substantiates the importance of the impact intensity coded representation of the base frame to the intensity of the video stream. We present the stages of development of methodological recommendations to improve the technology reducing the intensity of a code of base frames. The main components are: the supplementary detection in transformed images of structural patterns; notion column transform positional imbalance numbers; approach using the distribution of bits based on the ability of the code describing the sequence of component transform. It is shown that as a result of unevenly weighted positional coding reduced combinatorial redundancy caused on the one hand correlated areas of base frames, on the other hand – the presence of a limited number of small objects.
