Results of modeling, that performed on base of neural network technologies, conditions of vital activity of natural and technogenic and social system of Ukraine by basic indicators of daily functioning and displaying of technological hazard are submitted. Initial data for the models are: energy level of vital activity; numbers of emergencies, fires in technological and social environment and road accidents on territory of Ukraine; identity of the region corresponding to a cluster of energy-economic level of vital activity and displaying of technological hazards.
