On the basis of method of maximal plausibility synthesized and investigational digital algorithm of measuring of Dopplerї frequency after uncorrelated excerption moments of fall of «zeros» of harmonic signal which masks адитивним noise. Basic advantage of the developed digital algorithm is simplicity of calculations, and consequently high fast-acting, that is very important at the estimation of speed of purpose which manoeuvres on short measuring time domains. The developed algorithm is given by the substantial winning in exactness of measuring of frequency as compared to the simple method of account of number.
