The task of study the many possible options for establishing a logistics network of distribution centers (DC) is carried out. Quantitative analysis and formation of many possible network DC carried out using the theory of enumeration. Enumeration of options held for the existing network of DC in marketing of enterprise, and to build new network DC on multiregional and regional levels. The results obtained allow to justify and choose a rational use of the DC option to sell their products to end consumers or intermediate.
