In this article approach is considered to creation of model of integral traffic of multiservice network, which the vehicle wayvlet-transformations is used for. Linear space the elements of which can come forward as satisfactory replacement of the examined process gets out on the first stage of design. Farther a orthonormalized wayvlet-base which laying out of current network traffic is conducted on is built in the chosen space. A final трафиковая model takes into account the results of the got laying out and allows to explore descriptions of not only the centred increases of the network loading but also to identify invariant descriptions of flows of data scale.
