In work possibility of filling is shown any plane with use of an acyclic of a Penrouz’s parquet. Thus as figures with which it is possible of filling a plane, «the arrow tip» and "kite" are chosen. The principle of construction of a Penrouz’s parquet, examples of filling any plane is resulted, and also the expressions defining quantity of acute-angled and obtusangular triangles at construction of a Penrouz’s parquet. Connection of this quantity with numbers of Fibonachchi is established.
