Description: The known polibonacci-similar number systems are analyzed. A new method for the formation of Fibonacci-similar number series as the basis of alternative numeral systems and data encoding methods is proposed. For each of the systems are identified characteristics of redundancy and done a comparative analysis. For the first time is defined a method for binary system formation in a some of polibonacci-similar systems transformation.
