Described in work combined, measuring complex, allows an assessment of the coefficient of slipping and the actual speed of agricultural machines. This is achieved using a combination of non-contact and contact velocimeters. For noncontact measurement of speed used homodyne Doppler radar, as a contact sensor meter is used on the basis of the Hall sensor, which measures the speed of the wheels of the machine. To calculate the slippage coefficient data obtained are processed synchronously by computer. Designed complex has been tested on two types of soil with the calculation of the coefficient of slipping and the actual speed.
