The article is devoted development of the computer system on the base of artificial neuron network for processing of experimental clinical data. The task of classification of the state of object of diagnostics is decided through processing of his clinical data the methods of artificial intelligence on the example of early diagnostics of saccharine diabetes 2 types. The ground of choice of architecture and algorithm of teaching of artificial neuron network is conducted for the decision of task of classification. For finding out of statistical authenticity of the got differences of estimations of probabilities the exact scopes of confidence intervals are found for them with the beforehand set level of authenticity.
