The present research continues paper 6 and is dedicated to implementation of systematic approach in assessment of shares’ investment attractiveness of certain domestic enterprises with former forming of branch portfolio. Implementation of the suggested methodological and program tools, that are based on fuzzy logic system gave us an opportunity to estimate investment attractiveness of certain domestic enterprises from 8 branches and to make a decision about including the securities into the branch portfolio. A new portfolio for construction branch is formed on the base of Markovitc model. An expert system, created with usage of Fuzzy Logic Toolbox package that is an addition of interactive medium of computer math MATLAB was used as a program support.
