Method for determining the coherence degree of water using the methodology of flicker-noise spectroscopy

A method for estimating of biological and quantum properties of water, which provides a determination of the degree of coherence of the substance is proposed. The method is implemented on the basis of experimental studies of liquid-phase objects by recording images of their gas-discharge radiation in the electromagnetic field of high tension. Isolation of specific signs of radiation patterns is executed by analyzing the brightness profiles of pixels along the diameter direction of the image. The procedure of digital image processing based on the methodology of flicker noise spectroscopy is developed. Efficiency and authenticity of the proposed methods and algorithms for image analysis of gas-discharge radiation confirmed by results of statistical processing of databases of different types of water.
