It is shown that the simulation ergonomic evaluation process of the rescue operation is advantageously carried out on the basis of multivariate analysis of polynomial models derived from the sale of the traditional plan of feasibility experiments 3x3x3. This allows for quantitative assessment of both nonlinear weights of individual factors affecting the efficiency of the system "rescuer - protection of personnel and emergency response - emergency" and the balance of their mutual influence. In this case, it is advisable to develop specific recommendations for the maximum difference in the one-factor model obtained by the stabilization of other factors not only for the center of the factor space, but also for the levels corresponding to the coordinates of the extreme of the indicator system efficiency.
