The accuracy tolerance control depends on the instrumental errors. However, the regularities of the influence of instrumental errors measurement of the radial runout of involute gear wheels on the percentage of incorrectly rejected parts remained undetermined. The study was carried out by simulation-statistical modeling in Microsoft Excel concerning gear wheels of varying degrees of accuracy. According to the results of numerical experiments we determined the dependence of the influence of the limiting interval of the random instrumental errors on the percentage of incorrectly rejected parts.
