An analytical approach to the study of the effect of intra-perturbation to the accuracy of spatial frequencies by the method of maximum entropy. The analytical expressions that allow us to determine the range of values and behavior of the spectral function of the relief (SFR), to estimate the upper and lower bounds of accuracy, as well as to illustrate the existence of deformation under FSS intra uncertainty.
