Creating of the high-precision weapons has allowed to solve problems of dot defeat of the set elements of objects of target. Thus there is a problem of a choice of that necessary combination of hitting elements which would allow to solve a assigned task and to achieve the purpose of operation, not defeating all available elements of object. For development of optimum decisions it is necessary to describe quantitatively each chosen variant of weapon application. In the given article a task statement of definition of hitting combination as of transportation problem of linear programming is shown. The statement of mentioned problem as problem of distribution of the resources solved by a method of dynamic programming is also provided.
