The structure of the correlation radiometer, which provides the ability to measure weak noise-like signals and ultramicrowave range is consider. Using the proposed scheme of constructing radiometric equipment enhances the sensitivity and accuracy of measurements by expanding the bandwidth of the received radiation, reducing the impact of correlated and uncorrelated noise amplifying elements of the measuring channel, as well as uncontrolled offset voltage balanced mixer.
