The questions of position-fix of sources of radio emission and organization of ductings of connection are in-process examined in a short-wave range. The features of distribution of waves are analysed in an ionosphere and the method of estimation of its parameters is offered on the basis of measurings of the global satellite systems of navigation. The results of the practical use of the offered method are resulted for the tasks of direction-finding, and also the ways of development of the conducted researches are set.
