The urgency of the use of remote video monitoring of mobile systems as a key technology for improvement aeromonitoring crises. It is revealed that there are significant risks concerning the safety video information resource in the operation of systems aero monitoring. It is shown that one of the key directions of development of information management systems is to increase the effectiveness of video processing technologies for airborne systems, in line with the need to ensure semantic integrity of VIR and increase efficiency of delivery. A variation of such technology is a method of treating contoured segments on the basis of the preservation of semantic information using bibasic biadicaly presentation. In this case, the video frame are divided into segments contoured video sequences, which are two components: non-significant and contoured (base). Outlines the basic steps of developing a method for estimating informative syntactic representation of the video sequence based on the contoured bibasic biadicaly coding. The method is based on building the analytical expressions for the evaluation: syntactic density, estimating informative syntactic representation without semantic load segment; the relative win (growth rate) of syntactic density relative to the density of the original submission.
