Basic principles of forming of binary unidimensional structural numbers are expounded with the floating amount of elements, containing the set amount of cerouss of single elements. The system of expressions is developed allowing to calculate the value of kodanumber of unidimensional floating binary number taking into account the exposed structural descriptions. For the decline of amount of operations, expended on numeration of binary sequences, recurrent realization of the structural floating encoding is built. The mode of forming of koda-number is created with an additional limit on the amount of binary digits, taken on his presentation.
